Event Description:

Individual behavior styles and preferences have a direct impact on our interpersonal relationships at home and at the workplace. Everyone is different, and an approach that might work with one individual may not work with another. At May’s Westside Businesswomen, participants will take a short assessment using the DISC Behavior Model to better understand themselves and their behavior in order to improve communication, teamwork and motivation.

Beth Perez will help participants understand themselves and how they are “wired”. As they learn and understand more about themselves and the different personalities of those around them, they become better equipped to adapt their behavior in order to create more meaningful relationships. While there isn’t any one personality that is right or wrong, understanding the differences among the personalities can help us to enrich our current relationships and build better relationships in the future.

Beth Perez has been working with human behavior instruments since 1989. As a manager, human resources professional and a trainer in the real estate industry, she has seen how this information helps people to understand how to build better relationships in the work environment, as well as in their personal relationships. Beth became certified by Dr. Robert A Rohm, Ph.D. as a Human Behavior Consultant. Now she trains real estate professionals, business owners and other organizations how to empower people to better understand themselves and others in order to form better relationships and build better teams.

Beth has a degree in Business Management from the Center for Degree Studies in Scranton, PA., achieved her CTM (Competent Toastmaster) and is a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer.
