In today’s competitive business climate, how do you stand out ahead of the rest? What distinguishes great customer service, and how do you best serve your ideal clients? At this month’s Business Forum, Insomnia Coffee Company founders Evan Aldrete and Tyler Geel will give an inside look at what makes their business tick, and how each of their employees excel at living the Insomnia brand and retaining customer loyalty.

 

We’ll also break out into small groups and compile a list of your best customer service ideas, inspiration and practices that have resulted in unprecedented customer loyalty.  Join this highly interactive event where you will share and learn during a fast-paced exercise that will get your customer service juices flowing! Walk away with tangible ideas that are proven winners. 

 

Evan Aldrete and Tyler Geel are two entrepreneurs with a dream to connect with and thrill people with out-of-the-box ideas and hospitality.  They started Insomnia Coffee Company in Hillsboro in April 2007 which has become a family of three neighborhood coffee shop locations, a roasting facility and most recently, a Portland showroom/cafe.  Both are musicians and family guys: Evan and his wife have their hands full with four little ones; Tyler and his wife are busy with two.  In striving to create places to connect and be comfortable, Evan and Tyler have found a stellar home in Hillsboro and are continuing to plug in and serve the folks in this growing community.  

 

 

All members are invited to attend at the Walters Cultural Arts Center from 11:30am-1:00pm. Cost is $20 for members and $25 for guests- RSVP required- includes lunch.
