The festival is free to attend and the entire community is welcome to join the fun and festivities. The festival is designed to connect, embrace and engage the community by celebrating the diversity of Latino cultures, rich with tradition and heritage. One of the key community events in Washington County, the festival continues to grow with support from sponsors, community partners and volunteers.
