The mission is to educate and engage leaders from diverse background and experiences to build tomorrow's community. The second year the class works in groups to plan and execute the different days for the next year's class. Ths is a dynmic and fun program open to anyone interested in becoming a leader in our community. Directions: The first day of Leadership Hillsboro takes place at Elk Cove Winery.
