I called PAC on Friday, set up an appointment for Monday to have my will witnessed and notarized. My two friends and I showed up at the appointed time and Mustafa was there promptly also. It's my first time here. I called to make an appointment and was able to get it the next day. I came here for fingerprinting. They have the FD-258 cards here. They charge $25/card and they only take cash or check.

The people from Pac signing here are super nice! It's in a small office in a multioffice space. It was a bit hard to find the place since the office name wasn't by the main entrance of the suite. The receptionist of the multi office space wasn't exactly the nicest but not the fault of Pacsigning.

I was in desperate need of a translator to help me get a German legal document translated to English for the green card process. I failing them online searching "document translator Portland" and someone responded to me right away. I emailed the doc from my phone, paid online with a credit card and it was emailed to me along with a document from the translator and showing having been notarized in less than 48 hours.

I was unclear that they don't actually have papers for you, you need to print it out yourself. That was a big question for me and I did ask but was not told the correct answer but I'm probably more than half to blame for being speedy & incoherent. All in all a perfect experience and I would definitely use them again

Called in for notary service 13:00 for my father's living trust at this last moment, Mustafa arrived on site at 14:00 and took care of business. Very professional service and I really appreciate your service. If anyone who needs expedited notary service, I would recommend to utilize him.

I made an appointment to get fingerprints done for a state background check. There were multiple people in the waiting room who had also made appointments and were waiting. It's now been more than 20 minutes past my appointment time and who knows when I'll actually be seen. Go somewhere else for fingerprints, it shouldn't be so difficult.
