On the second project, however, replacing a patio roof. I was very disappointed and upset with the results and the response of TBC to my concerns. The roof they had replaced leaked almost as badly as the old one. However, I have to say, that after coming to a reconciliation with TBC, they came out, completely redid the patio roof to my satisfaction and it no longer leaks rain onto my customers heads. I feel that my confidence in them as a company has been restored and can recommend them to others. They have proven to me that 100% customer satisfaction is their most important asset as a company and I will be using them for future projects.

I asked them to do a quote for a patio roof that was leaking severely. At the time I told the employee that my current roof leaked because the original roof was done with material that had small screw holes in it and I needed a non-leaking roof. A quote was provided and accepted and the work was done. Only a day later it rained and we discovered that our new roof leaked. When I told the owner, Paul, about this, he told me he figured it would leak because the roof was flat and it sagged in places. At no time was I informed of this in the quote or during the work. In fact, part of Paul's response to me was the following, ". For the bid that we gave we were only changing out the roofing materials. We were not making it leak proof since we already knew that this roof was flat. " If they knew this up front why wasn't I told? Why wasn't a disclaimer made informing me that they knew it would leak? Why on earth would I pay $1500 to get what I already had? Paul finally agreed to put a 'clear roofing caulk' on the joints of the roof (which seems like something that should have been done with the original bid) but would still not guarantee that the roof would not leak. A few days after this work was done it rained again and it still leaked. Not guaranteeing work is completely unacceptable. Not completely informing me of the problems with the roof is unacceptable. All around I find this ridiculous and would not recommend that anyone put their trust in Trail Blazing Corporation.

I recently had flooding in my bathroom which damaged the floor tiles, the carpeting leading to my closet, and the ceiling in my kitchen downstairs. Fortunately, I hired Trail Blazing Corporation who were able to repair all the damages. The quality of the workmanship performed by the team of workers and the customer service were exceptional. My satisfaction was guaranteed by not only the owner, Paul; but, also his employees. Christian, being a perfectionist and very knowledgable, made it a point to repair and paint my kitchen ceiling back to its original condition.

Rude company. They were working on a new building and dumped a whole bunch of nails and I got a flat tire. Called them and left a message never got back to me and the employees even ignored me.
