Vanderwall Immigration

The following issues are what we had experienced.
We had an appointment at 9:30am on Sept 7 per Zoom for the opening meeting and paralegal Jennifer showed up late. We even had to call both offices just to track her down.
The Next issue we had was we were told to expect an email and never received it. Then to make matters worse they claimed they sent it on Sept 12 at 2pm but it was sent to the wrong email address. The email address was given during the opening Zoom meeting via chat and apparently she did not record it.
When we brought up these issues with Jennifer she did apologize but we had decided to find another attorney. She said her manager would call us but never did.
Bring up the last issue is it's impossible to reach anyone at the Beaverton office. And after a few days with no luck. Calling the Salem office resolved the issue
I would not recommend this immigration attorney services to anyone and it is overpriced.

Paid $100 for a 15 minute consultation to be let down with lies saying that my husbands case was hopeless unless he returns to MX. The lawyer was factual in saying that an appeal can only happen in 33 days after a judge's decision but she never stated that we had the option to motion for a reopening of his case! (We had to learn this from a second consult with a different lawyer!) For them to prey on vulnerable people for this ridiculous amount of money for only 15 MINUTES is beyond me!

Awesome customer service and they are super nice! I definitely recommend them. Paula was awesome, always on top of my case and always available to answer my questions. Prices are also very reasonable. Thank you Vanderwall Immigration!

The entire staff is amazing to say the least. I went in a nervous wreck but they made me feel calm and collected the entire way. They are all very professional and kind. My case from start to finish only lasted 4 months and I didn't have to have an interview.
