Advanced Communications Services

My company has been working with Advanced Communications since 2011.

The first time I called them it was from a google search, they showed up the next morning @ 7am and had our small office completely up and running by noon.

In the time since that first call we have trusted the team at Advanced Communications, and they have worked hard to ensure our phone systems have the capacity and stability to handle our growth across multiple offices and states.

When it comes to networking, and phone systems there will always be situations that require time and trouble shooting to work through. Advanced Communications has impressed me with their resources, staff and fairness in all of our business dealings over the past 7+ years.

Advanced Com is our contracted vendor for our old-ish NEC phone systems. They have provided great support. If I was to take away from them it would be that they are often busy and can't always do same day visits if needed. However, on the time or two they couldn't make it out that day someone provided support on the phone or email if it was an emergency. I recommend them.

We have relied on Advanced Communications to grow with our business for many years and they have been outstanding. We have expanded from one to three locations in two states and we seamlessly intercom and transfer calls between locations. Advanced Communications has also helped us select the best internet providers in every location. We greatly appreciate their ability to shift calls when hurricanes hit causing loss of power and internet services. A great partner for any business big or small.
