Derek Spears - State Farm Insurance Agent

I just recently got a call from this office in October, offering a pretty competitive rate to switch from Geico. I decided I wanted to switch but getting ahold of them is a nightmare. Getting through to an agent is rare, and you won't get a call back no matter what. Their quotes go through a secondary adjuster so your rate might go up even after you sign up for a plan

Derek seems like a nice enough guy, but our coverage is terrible. We pay an arm and a leg for insurance but State Farm appears to cover nothing at all and the claims customer service is atrocious. We have filed two claims in the last six months (one home and one auto) and both have been a total nightmare. It's not worth it. Look elsewhere.

While it was a little hard to find the way in, once I did all I can say is that the agents that work at this location are among the friendliest I have ever met. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. State Farm as a whole, has been a great insurance to have, I am so thoroughly satisfied to have them on my side!

I have been a SF customer for about 10 years, and have never met such a friendly and helpful agent. Derrek was so friendly and non-threatening...and didn't feel like one of those yucky insurance agents just wanting to sell me insurance. I felt like he really cared about me. I can totally use the information he gave me to help me make more well-rounded choices for my future. Derrek is terrific. I look forward to my next visit.
