Friendly staff amazing at recovery deep tissue massages as well as therapeutic styles! Easy to request changes in pressure or style throughout whole session - unless you fall asleep from being so comfortable
Front desk staff also an absolute delight - thanks for helping keep us healthy!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amanda B.Beaverton, OR04Mar 8, 2024
Love the environment here. Frederic is amazing, I carry all of the tension in my shoulders and upper back, which unfortunately causes horrible headaches. Frederic is wonderful at getting my shoulders and back to relax, significantly reducing the number of headaches I get. He's so respectful and aware that as a woman, having a male massage therapist can sometimes be intimidating. He goes above and beyond to make you feel completely comfortable.

I specifically picked this place because it had availabilty for a prenatal massage, but I really feel like it was a complete waste of time and money. I was upfront about the fact that I wanted to focus on my lower back because...pregnant. This was before I had undressed, so there was plenty of time for him to communicate expectations.
At the end of the massage, the therapist had literally done everything except my lower back. When he asked if there was anywhere that needed attention, I reminded him that the one area I needed relief had been completely untouched. It wasn't until then that he told me that he couldn't really do much in that area because I was pregnant. Not only was that omitted from the conversation at the beginning, I've had a prenatal massage where that wasn't an issue. So...if you can't help your pregnant client with their #1 pain issue, why are you taking pregnant clients?
My back hurts just as much 24 hours later as it did when I went in yesterday. COMPLETE waste of money. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. I'm giving the place a 2 star review in the off-chance that it's a decent experience for anyone not getting a prenatal massage, but if you're pregnant, skip this place. They should remove prenatal massage from their services list.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Naomi G.OR, OR063Jan 10, 2024
Best place to get a massage. I went here for my first ever massage and they made me feel so comfortable and like I could really explain what was hurting and they really got to the bottom of it and I left feeling wonderful. They don't pressure the membership on you at all but it was something I wanted and they helped me sign up very quickly and easily. I've been going for a little over a year now and have never had a bad massage. They are very upfront about their therapists specialties are and help you pick who would be the best fit for you. I've been seeing Kat for a year and she has been incredible! She always makes me feel comfortable and does a wonderful job. When she is gone or our schedules don't line up I see Fern who is also incredibly talented. They both find what is bothering you even if you didn't realize it was there yourself they are great about listening to you and not pushing anything too hard but hard enough it does something. Cannot recommend this location enough. Very clean friendly and professional place.

Incredibly convenient online appointment booking system and wonderful therapists to choose from.
Loved my massage - I asked for firm and felt like all my knots were gone! The massage felt organized and methodic unlike cheap dingy places that do whatever they feel like/are all over the place. These people are definitely well trained!
I left my massage feeling extremely refreshed and relieved from all the work and covid stress!! Already ready to book my next appointment!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

I had been a few other times prior, and had great massages from Casey and Frederick. However, they were unavailable so I booked with a new masseuse, Catherine, per recommendation from the receptionist. My experience was downright awful. The massage was not pleasant. There was no method to her massage and she did super weird spots like my armpit which was very unpleasant. When the massage was done, and I met her in the hall there was no talk of how my experience was or how I was feeling. She wished me a good day and that was it. I will absolutely not be going back and booking with Catherine again.

I went to Elements Masaage in Tanasbourne on 10/2.
I had scheduled it online and immediately got a call 5 mins later saying that time didn't work out. What's the point of having an online system if it's inaccurate?
The session started late (even though I arrived 15 mins before), yet ended a couple mins before the hour mark. Feel like I was shorted time.
During the massage, there was a loud banging sound coming from the hall that was very distracting. Sounded like the dryer clunking about.
I paid $15 extra for aromatherapy which included essential oils on 3 cotton balls in a bag place near my head. Nothing else! Couldn't even smell it when I turned to my back.
The masseuse massaged the oddest places like my armpits and ribs. It was very painful.
When I paid on my way out, I was asked how much I wanted to add for tip to my credit card payment. I said "$15" to later realize she charged 15% instead which gave wayyyy more of a tip than expected. Let's clarify next time!
I'll be looking for other massage opportunities in the area. Bummed Massage Envy in Tanasbourne closed.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Sep 29, 2020
Very professional and clean environment. The massage was amazing. You know they did well when u are in slight pain and then feel lots of tension released. The person works with u to find out your pressure level which is amazing. Great questions asked to ensure clients are well Tauren care of. Overall well done.

The best!!! I've seen a few people here and they all work wonders! The names I remember are Jeremy and Fredrick (I think). Last time I added the eucalyptus oil which added to the experience. The ladies at the front have always been super nice too.

Tried this place out with a Groupon! I booked with Anna and she was great. It's a very customizable experience which I wasn't used to making decisions for table warmth, locations to massage etc, but it was nice having input for problem areas! I have issues with headaches and neck tightness since I'm a student who sits and studies all day, and Anna customized my 90 min Groupon massage to be full body with a focus on my neck and shoulders!
