Kimberly is approachable and hard-working. I contacted her through yelp at 7:45 am, and within 15 minutes, we were on the phone. I wanted to lock my rates a few days later, but I needed to understand what it exactly meant. We were back and forth throughout the day, I asked questions after questions, and she took her time to explain everything. I finally decided to lock at 9:21 pm, and I texted her. Some online lenders advertise that you can lock a rate any time from your screen. With Kimberly, you can lock from early morning through the late evening; you will not miss out on a deal. She is very responsive. She is knowledgeable. After explaining our highly complex situation, she told me we would only qualify for FHA. Some other lenders promised us conventional because our case is complicated, and it is easy to miss the nuances.
