Kevin and Tim were awesome! Communication was clear, concise, and always very prompt. They're both super friendly and easy to work with. They did great work, and I'd gladly call Servpro again to have them come out if any other emergencies arise.

I had work done in my garage for a water leak. I received a bill in March that had a zero balance. A couple of weeks later I was notified via certified mail that Servpro had put a lien on my property and would foreclose within 10 days. I have tried to call them every day and have left four messages with Daniela and cannot get ahold of anybody to reconcile my account. Be very cautious in doing business with this company.

they tried to charge me 4 times the agreed upon work. when i disputed it, they sent me a blurry copy of a contract that couldnt be read.

Not a good experience here. Wasted alot of time with them and they overcharge for certain things. Didn't do what was promised as well. Would not recommend. It was also discovered water remained underneath the flooring after the remediation was completed. A perfectly good garbage disposal was damaged during the remediation.

I have little good to say about this company. I will stick to documentable facts and not speculate on motives. Of note:

1. Company has no honor. I was working on an insurance claim for over a year which was exceedingly complicated. Once the claim was completed, Servpro refused to honor the estimate given. They lied and said it was too old (it was old but I had specifically re-confirmed the price was still accurate recently). They lied and said the estimate was just a partial estimate (untrue; I have the full, detailed estimate and re-confirmed all parts). They lied and said the scope of the work had changed but, yet again, I had confirmed previously that the scope had not changed. I confirmed the estimate was valid with two separate employees but the owner himself overrode it and refused to honor it.

2. The owner is a bully. I tried to explain over the phone how complicated this process was. He kept talking over me, demanding the name of my Farmer's insurance agent. I kept trying to explain that I wasn't working with Farmer's and therefore there was no Farmer's agent to work with and he talked over me again and again condescendingly telling me how great his relationship with Farmer's was and how I didn't know what I was talking about. The man literally made me cry and I hung up on him because I don't deserve to be bullied.

3. I had a smaller job done earlier this year (second, separate damage instance) and while the initial work was good, the follow-up was non-existent. I still have a hole in my wall because they never bothered to come fix it. They now aren't even acknowledging that work needs to be done.

Potential customers beware.

Mold remediation was done as bid. However, they backed out of the estimate for rebuild stating they couldn't do it.

We were satisfied that Servpro provided timely de humidifier and water damage clean up from a water leak in our crawl space. We didn't go into the crawl space and inspect after the work was completed. A year later we had plumbing workers go into the crawl space and they took pictures of FLATTENED heat ducts, they look like someone laid on them or crawled over them. I called Servpro and reported this as they were the last ones in the crawl space. Jason said "do you know how many times we have heard that we were the last ones in the crawl space?" No offer to help with repairing the ducts!

Skyler is very professional ,responsive, selfless, thorough and informative. He did awesome job and took care of our home like his own, very easy to work with. He made sure we understand the process, always arrived with great energy .We highly recommended! Our family very thankful for Skyler and the rest of Servpro teams

We had a bad water leak from our roof earlier this year and had to very quickly pick a mitigation company to come out and tarp the roof and start drying things out. I picked ServPro based on Google reviews, and I'm glad I did! Spoke to Chris initially and through most of the project - the team came out very promptly, got to work fixing things up, and throughout the whole process were easy to get in touch with, showed up when they said they would, called when they said they would, and did a very professional job. We realized after the repair work that some of the plastic sheeting ServPro put up hadn't been pulled down by the folks doing the repairs and they were in a difficult to reach place in the attic. Chris was very helpful in coming out promptly to pull it out - we were very appreciative of how supportive they were through the whole process!

Very poor communication skills & very poor project management skills. Do NOT RECOMMEND this company.
