The 2025 Oregon legislative session presented significant challenges for the business community. In response, the Washington County Chamber Partnership (WCCCP) is hosting a Legislative Debrief to give business leaders the opportunity to connect directly with the legislators who represent our communities in Salem.

All state legislators representing Washington County have been invited to participate in a moderated Q&A session. Attendees will hear reflections on the session and have a chance to ask questions and share feedback on the issues that matter most to local businesses.

This event also provides a unique opportunity for members of Chambers from across Washington County to network with one another and engage with elected officials in a collaborative, cross-community setting.

What is the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Partnership?

The Washington County Chamber Partnership (WCCCP) is a coalition of all organized Chambers of Commerce in Washington County, Oregon. Together, these Chambers work to strengthen the collective voice of business, build connections across communities, and advocate for policies that support a strong local economy. Meet Our Panelists:

Michael Jonas (he/him) is a Portland-based attorney, strategist, and advocate for equity and inclusion. He is the Founder and Owner of Narwhal Law & Business Strategy, a values-driven law firm. Michael is a former congressional candidate in Oregon’s 3rd District, board member of Pride NW, and believes inclusive workplaces are built through intentional structure, daily practice, and mutual respect.
Rosa Park Neves (she/they) is a born & raised Oregonian, a 2nd generation Korean American raising their mixed race children in a bilingual, multi-generational, and neurospicy household. Combining their unique background from HR/Recruiter to Perinatal Educator, they founded 'RP7 Online LLC' to practice as a Workplace Doula and Paid Leave Strategist. Whether speaking on stages, advising employers, or walking alongside families, Rosa is deeply committed to reshaping how we think about care, equity, and belonging in the workplace. When I’m not belting out karaoke classics, you’ll probably find me dancing, giving back through volunteering, or getting lost in a great audiobook or podcast.
Alice J Berry (she/her) retired as Owner of Transformations Electrolysis and serves on the board of Northwest Gender Alliance. She is a pioneering licensed electrologist, and she made history as the first electrologist in Oregon certified to accept insurance, working closely with the OR Health Licensing Office. Alice established herself as an authority, serving as a professional conference speaker, presenter, and consultant on electrolysis procedures and safety protocols. Alice's career exemplifies professional excellence, with unwavering dedication to community service and transgender advocacy.

Meet Our Moderator:

Bryn Peterson (they/she/fae) serves as chair for the LGBTQ+ Council at the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. They serve on the board of local theater Bag & Baggage, and are a successful financial advisor at Edward Jones with 7 years in the industry. Bryn has a passion for holistic wellness; she believes that investing in yourself and living a courageous, values-aligned life leads to abundance in community.

Titonian Wallace Sr. helps local businesses grow and expands opportunity in Washington County. He leads Nesace Media, a digital marketing agency, turning strategy into measurable results across SEO, PPC, social media, and branding. He serves as the Chair of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, advancing inclusive economic growth and support. He is the founding member and first chair of the Chamber’s Black Advisory Business Council, launched Hillsboro’s Juneteenth celebration, and created the Black Advisory Business Council Scholarship Fund for students. Wallace is Secretary of the Oregon Startup Center Board and contributes to regional efforts such as the Washington County Broadband Action Team. He holds a BA in Mass Media (minor in Sociology) and a Marketing Certificate.
