AJ Bustamante is a seasoned technology sales leader with more than a decade of experience in IT, sales, marketing, management, operations, recruiting, and engineering across small, mid-sized, and enterprise business sectors.

As Director of Sales & Marketing at Northwest Computer Solutions, AJ is focused on helping businesses simplify and secure their technology through fully managed IT support, proactive monitoring, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity services. His approach helps businesses improve uptime, prevent data breaches, reduce costly downtime, and build stronger technology systems.

Abe Noya is COO and Co-Founder of Team Nebula AI in Portland. He has spent his career building operating systems for businesses of all sizes, moving through operations and sales leadership roles before co-founding Team Nebula AI to bring that same systems-building approach to artificial intelligence.

Today, his team supports live AI deployments for businesses ranging from local service providers and chambers of commerce to manufacturing, logistics, water treatment, and data analytics companies. Abe also runs his own e-commerce store and a booking platform for beauty professionals with more than 100 active businesses, giving him firsthand experience using AI and operational systems in small business settings.

He also co-leads the Portland chapter of the AI Collective, a community of nearly 2,000 builders and founders across the Portland metro area. His focus is on AI that creates real business impact: more leads, more closed deals, and less time spent on busy work.
